Quick Update
Hi ya’ll!
It’s been a while since I last made a post so I’m just writing to let you know I’m alive and well! I’ve been super busy with work, Christmas shopping and spending time with family.
Max and I decided to exchange our gifts early this year- mainly because he couldn’t wait to open his gift. :)
My gift to Maximus-
I got Max the Xbox 360 + Kinect bundle. Max has been wanting the new Call of Duty- Black Ops game for the longest time so I thought this would be the perfect accessory, haha. We’ve also been enjoying playing the Kinect. To be honest, it can be quite a work out!
And Max’s gift to me-
Max bought me the Ipad!! I love it! It’s great for keeping my schedule, watching Netflix, reading books and best of all- PLAYING CUT THE ROPE! It’s the cutest game ever. You cut the rope to get a piece of candy to the cute little frog. It’s awesome!
Now for some Beauty news-
Have you ever heard of the 10 pan project? I’m not sure where it originated from but I’ve heard several beauty bloggers undergoing this project where they won’t buy any new products until they have completely used up 10 of their existing products. I commend everyone that has the discipline to do this. I personally don’t know if I can do it (kinda like running a marathon). But I’m thinking with New Year’s resolutions around the corner, that’s something I can keep in mind. Maybe I can do a mini version, like project 5 pan, haha.
Anyway, I hope to post some hauls soon! Hope you all have a beautyfull start of the week!

Featuring MAC My Highland Honey Blush
Happy last hour of Wednesday! I hope your week is going well. Mine is completely flying by. Today I just wanted to share with you the one thing that I picked up from the MAC Holiday collection | A Tartan Tale. Nothing really stood out to me from this years collection (I’m actually not a big fan of this tartan theme) but I did find My Highland Honey blush quiet interesting! It’s much brighter than any other coral that I own so I decided to add it to my collection. MAC describes it as “bright coral with soft gold pearl”.
On other random news, over the last week I have been completely obsessed with the book series “The Hunger Games” by Suzanne Collins. I’ve now started the 3rd book and it’s honestly so very hard to put these books down! I’m feeling quite sleep deprived at the moment. I say this knowing that I’ll once again probably stay up until 1-2am reading tonight. I’m always so late to discover these popular teen reads, haha. I started reading Twilight only after the 4th book was released. Before then I never really know what the books were about. Anywho, I really recommend the Hunger Game series for anyone who is looking for a quick entertaining read.
Have you read the Hunger Games? Or do you know of any other fun reads? I know, the nerd in me is quickly emerging… tehehe
