Life is a little more complete…
Biologically, I only have one sibling- an older brother. But growing up, my best friend Jennifer has filled the sister void in my world. She has been through EVERYTHING with me, the good and bad and we had never been apart from each other for more than… 2 weeks? Well early this year, Jennifer went off to save the world leaving me for 6 whole months!! It was tough but I survived knowing that she would return a happier, better person. So today she has returned and I’m SOOOOOO happy to have her back! Welcome home, Jennibbong!! <3
In makeup news, I feel like it has been a long time since I’ve done some makeup shopping. I am definitely feeling the Sephora itch coming… it’s only a matter of time before I go to the store and go crazy! haha just kidding… I hope. 
Here are some products that I’ve had my eye on:
Mineral Veil Mini Refillable Buffing Brush ($26)
In the mornings I like to finish my makeup routine with a sweep of Mineral Veil. The portable container is perfect for use throughout the day especially after blotting.
Buxom Lips in Bunny ($18)
I absolutely LOVE Buxom lips! I currently own it in “Sandy” and it is definitely my favorite lipgloss of all time. I love the vanilla scent, the cool tingly feel, and the way it makes my lips look so smooth and pouty. Bunny is a described as a innocent pink shade. I’ve tested it out at Sephora and love that the color seems to brighten my face.
Urban Decay All Nighter Long-lasting Makeup Setting Spray ($29)
I’ve heard great reviews about this product! I definitely want to try this out as a form of oil-control.

My LUSH Haul
What a stressful week!! Things at work have been super crazy and I’m really hoping that it’ll settle down before the 3 day weekend so that I can relax. Just 2 more days left of this work week and there is so much to do… I’m really glad that I’ve restocked on some LUSH products- a little reward to look forward to.
Last Friday, I had a date with my Maximus and we went to watch Toy Story 3. We had some time to kill so we stopped by the LUSH store and I picked up a few goodies
My first pick was a Big Blue bath bomb. It is described to smell like lavenders and lime and make you feel like you’re vacationing at the ocean. I’m really excited to try this out since I’m long overdue for a vacation! My second pick was a Keep it Fluffy Ballistic bath bomb. This is a combination of vanilla and jasmine scent. Lastly, I picked up the Sex in the Shower emotibomb. This will be my first encounter with a emotibomb and I’m really looking forward to it since I shower much more frequently than take baths. How it is supposed to work is you place it at the bottom of your shower and let the hot water/steam fill your shower with a wonderful scent.
By the way, Toy Story 3 was amazing. Have you seen it? What are your thoughts?? Also, what is your favorite LUSH product? Let me know~
